When
it comes to baseball online gambling, you enjoy
2 options of betting, either the total or on the
money line.
There is also the option with MLB of run line
betting or even the first 5 inning line. Here

With Money Line Bets it does not matter what the
final score is cuz you are really betting on a
team to be the winner. Your choice of betting
options includes 4 types:
1. LP or Listed Pitchers: here
both scheduled pitchers must pitch at least 1
pitch or the bet will be termed "no action"
and you get back your monies.
2. ST or Selected Pitcher: Again
for the team you picked to be the winner the selected
pitcher must make at least 1 pitch to have an
action bet. With this bet it is irrelevant whether
the scheduled pitcher for the other team pitches
or not.
3. A or Action: With this option
it is irrelevant who pitches. You are betting
on a team here. If the scheduled pitchers does
not pitch the bet is still on.
4. TP or Team Versus Pitcher:
Here you pick a team and a pitcher from the other
team. It is irrelevant whether the scheduled pitcher
for the team you picked pitches or not. But for
the bet to not be ruled "no action"
the pitcher you choose from the other team must
make at least 1 pitch.
The starting pitcher is the pitcher making the
1st pitch of the game. A game of baseball is declared
to be official when 5 innings have been completed
or if the home team is leading then 4.5.
For suspended or called games the winning team
is the one leading at the end of the last completed
innings.
The exception is where the home team makes
a score to lead or tie in the first half of
the last completed innings then the winner will
be the team that leads at the time of calling.
For suspended games where the home team secures
a tie all bets are refunded. games are not carried
foward to the next day unless specified.
About Total Bets ( Over / Under Bets ): For
action 9 innings must be completed or 8.5 if
home team is leading. For suspended games the
rule is the same as above.
About Baseball Parlay Bets:
With this bet via the internet you can parlay
any amount up to and including eight baseball
teams. Note however the parlay bet maximum payout
is only seventy five thousand dollars ( $75,000
) and each parlay carries a particulat payout.
About Baseball Proposition Bets:
* In order for there to be action on bets on
Total Hits + Game Errors + Runs both the starting
pitchers have to play. Also if the Road team
is in a winning position there must be 9 innings
played and similarly if the home team is in
the lead 8.5 innings must be played. In both
cases extra innings are counted. Incompleted
games after 9 innings means no action.
* For betting on the team to score first and
also getting a run in the 1st innings, there
will be action only if both starting pitchers
play.
* For betting on Total Bases Matchups Hits Only,
where Single equal 1 base, Double equal 2 base,
Triple equal 3 base and HR equal 4 base. Both
starting pitchers and players must start for
their to be action.
* For betting on Player proposition bets once
again the two players have to start for there
to be action.
Series betting:
With this type of baseball betting, action is
on the first 3 games of any given series. No
action will be deemed to have taken place if
any of the teams play some other team between
the scheduled games.
Even if one of the first 3 games are postponed
the bets will still stand. There will be a push
or a tie if there are only 2 games and each
team wins one.
