Pyramid poker is not that much different from pai gow poker.

In this game using a normal 52 card deck both the dealer and the player receive 3 cards facing down, not 7 cards like pai gow.

As in poker all hand rankings are identical but do note the ace is always the highest card.

The player and the dealer must create a 2 card hard and 1 card hand which is lower than the 2 card hand.

This game has no flushes or straights. The winner is the one whose both hands beat the other's both hands. If only one beats and the other loses then the game ties.

The house advantage is where the player's hand is identical in value to the dealer's hand then dealer is declared the winner.

Spite and Malice

Spite and Malice is a card game similar to solitaire but of a more competitive nature which uses 3 normal decks of 52 cards.

Game can be played with a minimum of 2 players and a maximum of infinity ( here you will need to add more decks though ).

However 2 to 4 contestants is normal. The winner is the person playing all his cards first.

The dealer is selected by dwawing for the highest card. Lets assume 2 players are playing although the rules are the same for more.

The dealer gives each player 26 cards face down, no one looks at their cards. The rest of the cards left are also placed face down in a pile known as the draw pile.

Each player 26 card pile is known as the goal pile. Each player will turn up one card from their goal pile and put it on top.

Game starts with each player taking 5 cards from the draw pile to make a hand and then the player to left side of dealer starts to play using the card he has turned face up on his goal pile.

The playing area layout is very important to know how to play this game.
